"Large house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Dishwasher unfortunately was broken, but the house was well supplied, although no toilet paper on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and we can well advise to book this property for your stay in the Paris region, if you have a car at your disposal to get around. The contact with the host was rather minimal. "

"House was good for 6 people with lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen and huge table. Own front door with courtyard was good. There is no WC in the shower room downstairs and no sink in the WC on the ground floor which we found a bit odd. Owner was very friendly and helpful and communication was excellent."

"The Manoir de Limodin 2 is an elegant and delightful property which was ideal for our group of eleven when we spent ten days at the Peris Olympics and sightseeing. It is also a very secure property with electrically operated entrance gates. "Wow! Our group loved Helene’s place. The town is 1 hour train from Paris and you can get a taxi to the house although don’t rely on Uber/bolt. The pool area is wonderful and the grounds of the house have a lot to offer. The bedrooms are large and quite a lot of them have ensuites. The second house is attached to the main house and offers a quieter space for those that want it. The only issue our group found was some struggled to sleep because the house only has windows to cool down at night...

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hatte alle Fragen und Probleme jederzeit schnellstmöglich beantwortet bzw. uns weitergeholfen. "The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience."

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."
