"People in the hotel was so friendly and nice. But we were thinking to stay in Whyndam group hotel in Sivas. When ş ask to have wine in my room, they said they don't have alcohol. I believe it is not fare not to have it in a chain international hotel. Even in islamic countries, people can find it in the chain hotels. Second issue was the walls. "Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing."
