"The hotel is vin a very nice building. Our standard double room on 201 is very small. The toilet door can’t be opened fully because of the wash sink is on the way. Bed is comfy and breakfast is delicious "

"Merhaba 5.kat 513 oda verildi, odanın halıları pis ve banyo kokuyordu. 503 nolu yerleri halısız odaya geçtik. Bu odada havlular kullanılmış, banyo ıslaktı. Banyo yerlerini kendimiz sildik ve 1 gece kaldık. Tv çalışmıyor, oda servisi yapılmıyor. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Sivas genelinde çoğu otel kapatıldığı için 1 gece daha Ramada da kaldık. Toplamda 2 gece suit oda da kaldık. Oda oldukça büyüktü. "

"Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing."
