"People in the hotel was so friendly and nice. But we were thinking to stay in Whyndam group hotel in Sivas. When ş ask to have wine in my room, they said they don't have alcohol. I believe it is not fare not to have it in a chain international hotel. Even in islamic countries, people can find it in the chain hotels. Second issue was the walls. "The hotel is vin a very nice building. Our standard double room on 201 is very small. The toilet door can’t be opened fully because of the wash sink is on the way. Bed is comfy and breakfast is delicious "

"Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing."

"It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel. But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest. "Hotel was in excellent condition - new and modern. Breakfast was superb. Staff don't speak much English, but try to be helpful. My economy room was small even by Turkish standards, but that was fine for me. The room was surprisingly noisy, even though the hotel is back from the main road. The hotel is not within walking distance of the city centre. "

"Nice Hotel. Room was comfortable. One or two oversights with the cleaning. Someone's old razor in a draw, dust on the room folder and a cigarette burn hole in the duvet cover. The shower door had a big gap and lots of paint was peeling off the ceiling. Only stayed one night so wasn't bothered to mention the flaws. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was otherwise very nice.
