"This hotel has the potential to be excellent. The bar and pool areas are excellent. The cramped, basic room and some issues with service let it down. Feels understaffed at times, I spent too many times waiting at an unmanned bar or front desk for someone to appear. Location is nice and walkable to the centre of Sitges but note it is not on the main drag and priced accordingly, we quite liked being just outside the hustle and bustle but you may think otherwise. "

"Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town. The breakfast was superb, 5* in such an idyllic setting. "

"Filthy and unclean apartment. Stains on the sheets. Hairs in the bed. The sheets were wrinkled and dirty as if they hadn't been changed since last guests. I didn't dare to lay down in it. The floor was sticky. The so-called reception was a desk in a dirty basement room where they store the cleaning remedies. I checked soon after arrival to find another place."
