"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). "An excellent, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area. Our host was cheerful, welcoming and communicated well. We were confined to our apartment for much of our stay by a tropical storm, and felt fortunate to have been 'stranded' in such a pleasant room. "
