"We came an hour and a half earlier than I had communicated to the owners. They immediately came to meet us to open up for us. Very friendly. The property is in walking distance from the airport (just a few minutes), which was great as we had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. They wanted us to pay cash, which wasn't a problem for us, but is something I wish I had known beforehand."

"Casa Pacifico was perfect for the amount of time we stayed in Pompeii. Our room was modern, clean, spacious, with a great bathroom/shower. The Towel warmer was a huge plus (we used it to dry socks and shirts we handwashed. Wouldn't leave unattended.). Owner gave great directions and was communicative. Breakfast voucher allowed us to have delicious fresh pastries and coffee every morning at the cafe downstairs. You do need to haul your luggage up a few flights of stairs, so plan accordingly....

"This is a very interesting property with its airport theme. Well thought out and great attention to detail. The convenient location to Naples airport cannot be beat. Breakfast is packaged but good. This was a perfect place to stay before departure. But there is more. I inadvertently left my cpap machine on the terrace while taking pictures upon departure. I left for airport and panicked at gate when I didn’t have my device. Alessandro the manager immediately contacted me but I was route to Rome....

"Luna Nova is beautiful, modern, and spacious. Each room has its own climate control and it worked very well. The owners are extremely kind and hospitable and always available to help. The rooms are the cleanest rooms you will ever find and the beds are very comfortable. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. "

"The property is excellent value for money and great if you want an authentic experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We did eat the evening meal which I found really tasty. My son is a picky eater - but he ate the pasta and the meat course. They did check with us if there was anything we didn’t eat the morning of our meal which I thought was really kind of them. Put last day we snacked throughout the day so wasn’t too hungry so we bought a sandwich and some noodles locally....

"The property is very modern and funtional bathroom, electrical instalation. Pedestrian access is unconfortable for senior persons, thru steep street. Breakfast offered (included) is not at all, in the room are boxes of Kelloks cereals, no milk, no hot oatmeal neither eggs. We went out for breakfast. We strongly suggest to include in the presentation documentation include the bagage option to safe guard boxes in the back. How to get a taxi was an imposible task, it is a mandatory information...

"It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed. "The room was totally bare. There was a queen bed and 2 “twin beds” (which my 6’ son did not fit on) one glass credenza with a TV. No chairs, lamps tables etc… the mini fridge barely worked and when we called they said they were all like that, so we had to throw away a bunch of food. The beds were HORRIBLE. It was like sleeping on a boxspring. I have been more comfortable sleeping on a mat while backpacking in the backcountry. Instead of towels for the shower we got robes, which I do not...

"4 French-Canadian friends imagined themselves living their best Italian life for their 40th birthday, in a villa with their families. Well we lived the dream, and then some! The villa is simply exquisite. Yes, it's (very) hot in summer, but the quality of the house, the pool, the view, the proximity to great places like Vietri, are all well worth it. And Claudio and his wife are so friendly. I recommend, 100%! "
