"The apartment was well prepared and spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed warmly by Angela. There was also some free essential supplies on the kitchen table including excellent coffee! Only about 100m from the beach (and 2 superb pizzeria ristorantes), it was also an easy drive or gentle walk from Balestrate. She had a book full of suggestions on what to do, see and eat and she went above and beyond by providing us transfers to wherever we wanted to go. "My honest and fair review: We stayed in one of two basement apartments in February. Kitchen is nice, recently renovated. Terrace is huge with water views. Moisture: There’s only one heater in the house and it didn’t adequately heat or eliminate the humidity in the back end of the apartment where the bedrooms are. As a result, there was mold on the ceiling and wall of the bedroom. Even the bedding felt damp. I told the owner about the mold problem on our last day. As we were leaving he arrived...
