"The hotel is charming and centrally located. Sintra is a beautiful city with many enchanting palaces to see. The city is very walkable. In Sintra, the Uber and taxi fares' costs were reasonable. Ella, our hotel receptionist, gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend the Sintra Boutique Hotel if you are visiting Sintra, Portugal."

"The staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good . The location 12 min from Sintra. I did not like the fact that we had no control over the heating system, it was cold , and I could not turn up the heating. The staff told us it was controlled by management . Internet was a bit slow . 😊 "

Our first room was dark and filthy, and located on the maintenance side of the property. So we went to the front desk to ask to get moved since most rooms were sitting empty.
