"easy fun location"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We arrived super early to see if we could have luggage storage but surprised to be able to check in early so big bonus and thanks. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Bus stop within 2 minutes of hotel (we had a car so didn’t use but considered taking into Sintra to avoid hunting for parking). They do offer breakfast (we didn’t use) and have a bar/restaurant available. The only negative was they didn’t have a small fridge or microwave in room but reception did heat some items for me that I bought from a local grocery. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking up top and if full can pay 3 euro to use underneath parking. Easy access to highway to see the sites we visited! Would stay here again. "

"Very nice hotel. The location is excellent and free parking as well. You can take the hiking trail to Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. Beautiful and interesting garden. Great breakfast and beautiful dinning room The reception staff is very helpful."

However, the real highlight was the reception team. They went above and beyond to assist us with a few challenging issues, resolving everything with ease.
