"Excellent layout and amenities. Great location. Was not on the beach but a 10 min walk. The beds were firm, pillows a little too hard, could have used more bath towels. Only comforter was in queen room. Didnt have a dryer but did have a washer. Would have liked a blowdryer and a coffee pot or a french press. LOVED the veranda and the view. It was well equipped. Was hard to get a hold of property management and find the actual property but we had all the tools to stay in and cook and clean up....

Elle est très bien agencée et la terrasse nous a parrue immense avec tout le confort nécessaire. "The house itself is great, a little rundown, and in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance (4 out of 6 lights were out in one of the bathrooms). The amenities list a pool or pool access at a neighboring property, it was simply just crossed out in the guide, and we had no pool access. The washer didn’t work, and noone communicated back with us on whether it got fixed after we brought it to their attention. The TV provider hadn’t been paid, so the TV didn’t work. "First of all, although the Jan Thiel area overall is nicer, as a resort Blue Bay is great. It’s nice, safe and close to town. The check in experience was the worst: they weren’t expecting us (even though their own print out said check in on the 16th, they had written 17 on the paper). The property manager was quickly cleaning the unit (it wasn’t dirty but maybe not used for a little while). Worst of all they then told us that at the mid point of our stay we would have to move as somebody else...

"Apartment was very clean and modern. Lighting was efficient. In a quiet area with exception of construction of new apartments close by. Very short 2 minute drive to resort beach. Resort has gated entry with security. Communication was quick and simple with email, local number, or WhatsApp for any needs. "
