"The hotel location is excellent, few minutes walk to the old city, 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and airport shuttle Staff, they were ALL amazing, specifically Olga who helped me to upgrade my room with no charge when she saw that my original room wasn't functioning well. Also, Yurii at the reception, very cheerful, helpful, and polite . Restaurant, was very good,varieties were good enough to start the day.. i want to thank Edwardo at the restaurant he was extremely kind and helpful Thanks everyone for your hospitality Emad "

"The hotel itself is very upscale, clean, quiet, and the room and bathroom were super comfortable. It is not within walking distance of the main area, but that's okay! it has underground parking and also an uber pickup right in front. It's within minutes via uber to the market and harbor. "

"Staff were wonderful and so helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate, very clean and beautifully designed, rooms are big and well equipped. The indoor pool and spa is gorgeous and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. Once the construction work on the beach is completed it will be an amazing location. Just be warned that there are no outdoor pools or sunbathing areas available at this hotel out of season. We had a couple of days of really good weather and had to go hunting for other beaches/hotels for sunbathing - not easy to find either off season!"

"This property was a very fun boutique hotel. We stayed in the annex which was a little walk from the hotel itself. Very nice! Quiet and well taken care of. You would not want to stay here if climbing stairs is an issue. Lots of steps with No elevator. If you can do with that then it’s a great place to stay. Awesome breakfast!! "

"What a gorgeous and charming property! The location was cute and quiet, the rooms were very clean, but the stand out here was the staff. The very lovely Inna made me feel like I was home from the moment I stepped in. Such a warm and kind welcome. She really made the whole experience one I will not forget. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I can’t wait to come back one day!"
