"From check in to check out, we had such a great experience at this hotel. A family of nine staying for one night for my mother’s 80th present. Only slight problem we had was how to work the heating as we were a little chilly. However I’m sure if we had asked it would have been easy to sort but we were busy so didn’t have time to ask for help in this matter. "

"The service was excellent especially from the breakfast the team and Sadek in particular. However the evening bar staff were not so good! Our group of 4 waited 30 minutes to be served and 1 of that team I think Spanish maybe gave poor and rude service. Still gave full marks as rest of stay was great. "

"Check in was efficient and we were greeted by Redz who was very welcoming and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Room was good, clean and spacious. If I had one issue I found the bed a little hard and uncomfortable and the two nights I didn’t sleep too good. We ate one night in the restaurant, we were served by Alex who again offered us excellent service. We did have a few issues with the food being cold and Alex did his best to rectify this. It was a great location to stay for Excel and although we have mentioned a few issues we would recommend the hotel and would choose to stay again. "
