This apartment is located within walking distance to the famous entertainment district of Clarke Quay and Orchard shopping district. It is a few minutes’ drive from Buona Vista, One-North, and Tanglin, where various embassies are located.

Near the central district of Singapore and at a very convenient distance from Fort Canning MRT. You can easily explore the rest of the city via the excellent MRT network. The 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished and comes with amenities for a comfortable stay. Apart from the amenities, you also have access to various apartment facilities.

The space
Spread over an area of 862sq.ft. this apartment is very spacious and is perfect for small groups and families. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed while the second room has a queen bed. Additionally, the master room has its own en-suite bathroom. A wardrobe with hangers is present in each bedroom.

The generous living space has a sofa set, coffee table and a satellite TV with local channels. Plus, a sound system for a really immersive experience. The dining table has a seating capacity of up to 4-people.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric kettle, rice-cooker (upon request), toaster, microwave, cutlery & utensils, oven and induction hob.

A washer dryer is also present in the apartment for more convenience.

Housekeeping service is three times per week (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) (excluding dishwashing)

This apartment is also located near major hospitals, like Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, and Singapore General Hospital. The nearest MRT station is Fort Canning which is 200m away. Other nearby Mrt stations are Clarke Quay, Somerset and Dhoby Ghuat Mrt stations.

There are several bus services available. Driving to CBD district and Orchard Shopping District will take you about 5 to 10 minutes.
