I am a habitue of Accor hotels, always imagined that Pullman was a reference of design and more than everything clean. Foe the first time I faced smelly room and bed giving off bad smell, only could sleep after cover my nose with a shirt full of one of my perfumes. Terrible for a Pullman hotel….

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. My room service person was excellent and went the extra mile one day when I was unwell. The breakfast was extremely good My only negative was the dinner menu. I thought it was limited and the two meals I had there were not enjoyable. I also thought the alcohol was overpriced.

Another excellent stay at the Pullman Orchard. 10 out of 10. Five Stars. Triple A. The location is superb. The Eden restaurant on level 4 is good. The cafe on the same floor is great. The rooms are nice and quiet. Have stayed here multiple times and will come again.

Staff need to keep making sure of where guests want to go if the guest is confused. After calling a taxi for us, we ended up at a location miles away from where we wanted to go and ended with us having to trace our own location steps with the taxi driver. A bit of review and checking by the concierge would have solved this.

I’ve been staying at leading hotels in Singapore since 2012. I’ve stayed at most of the major hotels and I can honestly say the Pullman is almost impossible to beat. The location is superb, the room is Five Star, the team members here are all amazing. The bar/restaurant on level four is terrific, and I just booked five additional nights based on my satisfaction. This is now my go-to Singapore for family staycations. 10 out of 10.

This may be the most unsatisfied staycation I've ever been. 1. First day during breakfast, I was told by the restaurant staff that I cannot wear slipper in their restaurant, but there were so many other people wearing slippers as well, not sure if she reminded the others one by one. 2. On second day when I came back after my dinner, I saw the toilet bowl still has yellowish liquid on the toilet bowl. Not sure if it's detergent or the staff peed on it, but was so disgusting. 3. The entrance of the hotel has a dog poo smell that was unbearable. Overall the experience was so poor.
