위치는 최고. Best location
위치는 정말 좋습니다. 차이나타운역과 오트램역 사이에 있고 걸어서 5분거리여서 전철 이용이 편해요. 다만 좁은 객실과 화장실, 옆방의 소음이 다소 불편합니다. 숙소에서 잠만 자고 밖에 오래 관광 다니실 분이라면 추천합니다. The location is very good. You can go to chinatown station and outram station by walk. But in my case, dust fell down my bed whenever I turned on air conditioner. I recommand you who only focus on tour and stay for sleeping.

We arrived at hotel at 3 a.m., we received a warm welcome from staff. Great location and near 7-11. Clean and quiet room. Good value for money.

Tiny rooms barely big enough for the hard dbl bed
In life, you generally get what you pay for. In the case of this hotel, it’s relatively cheap, so we didn’t mind forfeiting the second night we’d paid for online before arriving. To their credit, Hotels.com reimbursed us even though the hotel didn’t. Tiny rooms in poor condition - spend a few dollars extra to get much more space and comfortable rooms close by. Unless you’re really desperate, I’d avoid this place, and would seriously consider spending the night at the airport on a bench.

靠近地鐵、唐人街。吃飯、生活便利。
原訂了有窗、有陽台的雙人床。check in 時，飯店客服說若有窗只有2張單人床；若沒窗才有雙人床。結果選了有窗的單人床，房間走道卻連行李箱都無法完全展開。跟客服反應後第二天才換到有窗有陽台的雙人房。

Really nice stay. Wasn't the most luxurious place but served the purpose as a bed for the night. Can't complain. The service also good as arranged the airport shuttle for me as well.

MRT Outram まで3分、チャイナタウンまですぐ、近くに地元民が集まる朝飯屋ありと、ロケーションは良好。 ただ、泊まった部屋は4階で、エレベーターなし(3階から階段)、窓付きの表示も天窓二つと眺望ゼロ。 ユニットシャワーは狭く、トイレも全てびちょびちょになります。 宿泊中、二回非常ベルで避難。。。 １回目は21時で消防車登場。多分漏水でのショート ２回目は夜中3時！部屋内喫煙？か。 二度とも、従業員の手際はとても良かったけど、大きなマイナスでした。、

Booking the room on 25.12.17. But your customer service Ms Kanisah melay people. She really bad service and very bad attitude with customers. My friend from China planning holiday in singapore two days. After that will going malaysia visit friends. 25 12.17 Really let me disappointed of her customer services. She are no responbility for resolving the issue and just know that one word - SORRY !!! No point that of this. CHECK IN AT 1PM She just ignore delay until 2.40pm plus also no take responbility on work. Finally we are left and no stay in hotel . Bcos Ms Kanisah never take responbility on work and never arrange the room. They didn't process refund all payment to us. We also full payment by credit card. Hope that please take action and refund full payment.

値段相応。ロケーションはよい。
部屋は狭かったが、値段相応かなと思います。 最初に割り当てられた部屋が窓のない部屋で、朝起きても何時なのか分からなかったので、途中からフロントに頼んで変更してもらいました。スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。 ロケーションは抜群で、チャイナタウンのすぐ近くにあり、ホーカーズやバーが沢山ありました。

Location is obviously good although facilities and cleanliness could be better. It's ok to stay here if you get a very good deal price for your room and if you are just considering a private alternative to a hostel type of accommodation and budget. If on the contrary you are looking for a more than decent room suggest looking elsewhere.
