The location is perfect, close to a lot of shopping possibilities, close to MRT, also very close to the Long Bar @ Raffles Hotel. The Hotel is very nice, the staff is great! Many thanks to JR for the recommendation for Lau Pa Sat and the Satay there! So nice to sit at the pool for a sundowner and some complimentary drinks at happy hour from 5 to 7pm.

The Naumi Hotel is in a great location in Bugis with plenty of dining options and public transport nearby. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely amenities. The highlight is the rooftop pool and bar, especially at night. Highly recommended.

While the hotel was in good place and reasonably appointed, we had major ant infestation. The staff was responsive but despite reaching out to the hotel management multiple times, they chose to ignore us. We’re going to request our money back. It was quite traumatic as you can see in pictures.
