Ibis budget Singapore Ruby is in a red light district but because we are all adults so it did not bothers us. A lot of people hang out on street but they don't bother you. Good price for what you get and good price for your bottom line. We enjoyed staying in the area that has easy access to MRT and buses. Food is everywhere. In the public area like elevator and hall way is not clean. I booked two units. One for myself and my husband; one for my mom and my aunt. She saw two coaches in her unit. I guess it's common to coaches in Asia.

The hotel is what i paid for so no complaints there. It was clean ad i felt safe. Staff were fruendly. On the negative side the water wasnt hot in the shower or sink and just mildly warm! Several nights of six other occupants were very nousy in the corridor or their rooms and it was too much. Unlikely I would consider staying here again should I visit Singapire.

We arrived at the hotel after a 13 hour flight from London. We were tired but the room was not ready because it was before 10am. However the staff got the room ready for us and we were able to have a rest before heading out to explore Singapore.

Probably the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed in . The beds are very short, I’m 5 ft 10in and my feet hung over the bottom, they are also extremely hard with a mattress just resting on a solid board with no springs! It’s also incredibly noisy with very little sound proofing, not from external noise but internally. It’s a shame because the staff were extremely nice. I stayed at an 81 hotel on the way out which was considerably better.
