I think overall the hotel is located at a very convenient place, clean and quiet. The only thing I am not very happy about is the breakfast, a lot of the supposedly hot dishes are not hot, they are not maintained at proper temperature.

The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The new metro station underneath is also a great perk. However, this hotel is very much in need of a refurbishment. The gym is old and tired, with equipment out of service or items missing. The rooms are jaded and quite damp. The breakfast set up is poor, with the self service area feeling chaotic even at the ‘quieter’ times, due to its squashed layout. The Holiday Inn Express nearby in Robertson Quay much fresher feeling.

The food served during breakfast is fantastic. The daily changes in the food gives travelers great options when you have extended stays. Laundry room is a huge plus. Pool facilities are great.
