Riso was amazing at the reception, she helped us check-in and check-out. She even made sure she woke us up as we had an early morning flight and she made sure our taxi was available and ready to go to take us to the airport. It is a new hotel. Room is clean and view outside the hotel is good. A weakness is the breakfast which is served at the restaurant at the lobby floor. Variety of food is not wide. No egg is served. Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property.

I love this hotel! It's like staying in a luxury boutique hotel. The decor and furnishings are elegant and all of the rooms (I've stayed in a three offerings) are nicely appointed with beautiful large windows. The facilities are stunning with gardens incorporated throughout even in the pool and gym area. The location is wonderful also because it's close to 2 MRT lines, many buses stop right outside the front entrance, and it's walkable to the Star and ample shopping and dining options. But the best part of all is the staff and management at this hotel who are genuinely welcoming, take care to remember people, and give their best to provide excellent service.
