"Beautiful place to stay when exploring Portugal. Sometimes it’s best to get off the beaten path. Accommodations were great and the hosts made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very nice. Would stay again. "

"Lovely retreat, be aware it is miles down a dusty track which can be difficult to find at first. Facilities are lovely and was not crowded when we went in July. "

"We loved this little hotel. It’s hidden away but once inside it is neat and tidy with a nice pool out the back. The owners were lovely and breakfast was included with delicious homemade cake and fresh juice. It’s a good stop over on the way to or from Lisbon. "

"Monica and her staff are wonderful, the property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and generous. For us, after 3.5 weeks of busy travel this was a perfect location to chill. We hung out during the day at the beaches, returned to shower and go back to town for dinner. It’s only 12 min to town/beach. Great place to stay, highly recommend!"

"Overall it was a good one-night stay including some essential gluten-free items for breakfast - no GF bread but we didn't expect that and had brought our own. Our room had the promised sea view, unfortunately the foreground was an abandoned building full of garbage - that is outside the hotel's control of course. "Overall it was a great stay. The house was not super duper clean when we arrived and there was a bit of a confusion with handling the keys and payments, but we were overall very happy with the stay and would consider it again. We missed a few items in the house, but Catia was very friendly and promptly delivered them to the house. Thanks a lot!"
