"I visited Seoul for the first time and was lucky to stay at this hotel. Everything you need is right around you: transportation, shopping, restaurants, and a convenience store. There's also a money exchange machine on the second floor of the lobby. The staff are friendly, and this hotel offers purified water and purified air on every floor, making everything easy to access.I give it a cleanliness standard of 9.8 out of 10. I loved staying at this hotel; it made me feel very comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely come back next time."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Room was clean and welcoming but was on the small side .Complimentary water and soft drink in mini fridge was a nice touch . Bed was comfortable . However there were no power points / usb chargers on either side of the bed which made it a little inconvenient for those of us who likes to use phone /tablet in bed and charge at the same time . Overall we had a lovely stay . Hotel is in great location. "
