The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. "the places' location is great, the view from our 2-room apartment to the sea is stunning. While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. "My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

"Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10"

"You would be lucky if you can even check in. There is no front desk and the property management do not pick up calls or respond to text or messages. They do not even email or send you any details. Book at your own risk! And have a contingency plan if you are not able to check in."

"Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

"There are call girls going up to the rooms! Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging "

"We were so lucky to get this place, after our first night's accommodation turned out to be a dump. It was with a deep sigh of relief that we opened the door to find a room exactly as pictured in the listing. It was so comfortable to sit on the great sofa, looking out at a fantastic view (watching the cruise ships arrive and leave), and watching literally hundreds of tv channels. "Might have been the BEST Hotel we have ever stayed at in the World. And we have been to a few. In fact, after our two stays there; during back and forth Cruise overnights - we sat down later and tried to figure out if there were any better?? It took a while to even come up with a couple of our favs’. And We have had some Grand Ones, but the E & O; we can easily count on, with only two or three fingers. Views spectacular. Ultra clean and safe. Quiet and Relaxed. Rooms fit for Queens and Kings. Excellent location - with short walks to some cool Markets and reasonably priced Night Time eats. Red Garden Food Paradise, close by gets top marks. And the breakfast buffet at the hotel is unparalleled / unbeatable for quality, selection, friendliness, service and tastebuds. Definitely the best buffet breakfast in the World, bar none! And the best of all was the Very Friendly / Courteous Staff. Professionals in every aspect. Top that off with an excellent local driver, that we still correspond with daily - and E & O and Penang has easily become one of our favorite destinations. So wish to return/visit again. Very well done. Thanks to ALL. We will never forget You. Your Beautiful Place and People - are the Real Deal. "

"The staff here are excellent people. Nice. There was a rock concert across the street and I asked if we could move rooms to back and they accommodate. We stayed 5 nights only one was noisy because of concert. The staff cannot help that. Good breakfasts, good laundry services. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Wonderful people "
