"My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

"Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10"

"There are call girls going up to the rooms! Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging "

"We were so lucky to get this place, after our first night's accommodation turned out to be a dump. It was with a deep sigh of relief that we opened the door to find a room exactly as pictured in the listing. It was so comfortable to sit on the great sofa, looking out at a fantastic view (watching the cruise ships arrive and leave), and watching literally hundreds of tv channels. "Host did not provide check-in information and didn't show up. Host contact phone is just a voice mail, and no return call from host. Contacted Vrbo when we need to check-in, and Vrbo could not find the host, and told us to find another accommodation. Dragging 6 pieces of luggage in the sun at 34 degree Celsius, it took us 5 hours to find another hotel and spent much more. "The staff was helpful. We were able to borrow unbrellas which was useful. Conveniently located to a hawkers stand delicious. Had maps so street art was found. Need a map for the walking tour which was fun but could only find it on our phone. Need to post ideas so people could see more actuvities in this wonderful city."

"Might have been the BEST Hotel we have ever stayed at in the World. And we have been to a few. In fact, after our two stays there; during back and forth Cruise overnights - we sat down later and tried to figure out if there were any better?? It took a while to even come up with a couple of our favs’. And We have had some Grand Ones, but the E & O; we can easily count on, with only two or three fingers. Views spectacular. Ultra clean and safe. Quiet and Relaxed. Rooms fit for Queens and Kings. Excellent location - with short walks to some cool Markets and reasonably priced Night Time eats. Red Garden Food Paradise, close by gets top marks. And the breakfast buffet at the hotel is unparalleled / unbeatable for quality, selection, friendliness, service and tastebuds. Definitely the best buffet breakfast in the World, bar none! And the best of all was the Very Friendly / Courteous Staff. Professionals in every aspect. Top that off with an excellent local driver, that we still correspond with daily - and E & O and Penang has easily become one of our favorite destinations. So wish to return/visit again. Very well done. Thanks to ALL. We will never forget You. Your Beautiful Place and People - are the Real Deal. "

"The staff here are excellent people. Nice. There was a rock concert across the street and I asked if we could move rooms to back and they accommodate. We stayed 5 nights only one was noisy because of concert. The staff cannot help that. Good breakfasts, good laundry services. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Wonderful people "
