"It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view."

"Property tired but very clean. Great site, we made use of a smashing pool and the bar/ entertainment area which served excellent food. Close to Ilfracombe, lovely beaches and tourist atractions. Large Tesco 5-10 mins walk up the road was very convenient."

"Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. Just bear in mind that the kitchen is a spiral staircase and two flights of stairs away from the terrace. Accommodation is good for a couple & dog, providing you’re ok with the.spiral staircase. "The apartment is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views of the beach from every window. The apartment is on a hill and the walk to the beach, although short, is quite steep, so that may be a consideration for some. There wasn't a single thing we wanted during the stay that wasn't available: it is very much a home away from home. Rachel was a great host, easily contactable and friendly. We had such a wonderful time and definitely intend to return."

"We had a wonderful stay ilfracombe, the view from the flat was breathtaking. The flat had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the Seagulls so much to do and the ability to relax at the same time. Really loved our stay would definitely recommend"

"It was very easy to access the apartment with detailed instructions and photos. It is located in a former hotel and accessed by lift or stairs. The apartment is very well laid out and very spacious. It was very cosy, especially as the wind was very strong during our stay. The views across the bay and the town are amazing. Who knew Ilfracombe was so charming!! It is a steep walk up from the town but very manageable. We found good restaurants and loved the coast path. Thank you for letting us...
