"Perfect ! Great communication, good breakfast and cozy room"

"This place is very basic but cheap but is close to Lyon Airport, a petrol station is about 1km away. But the room, shower, toilet and bed linen was spotlessly clean. I had the choice of 5 beds in my room and the one I used was comfortable. My room had a TV with some premium channels, a microwave, fridge and air conditioning that worked. I could keep the window/door closed and it was a pleasant temperature. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. The Wifi didn't reach here but was...

"Nice little hotel but they didn’t provide basic stuff. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Second day they gave us shampoo… other than that it was okay. The room was really tiny. Hard to have space for our luggage. "

"Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."

"La chambre est très spacieuse et parfaitement rénovée. Tout est impeccable (douche, télé, lit, table et chaises pour manger, accès possible à une cuisine), mais par contre nous avons eu très froid ! Certes il y a un radiateur, mais bloqué sur 16⁰, et vu la température extérieure et l'isolation, il faisait bien frais dans la pièce. Ce n'est pas agréable, nous avons dû dormir avec plusieurs couches de vêtements. Dommage car sinon c'était cool, mais ça nous a vraiment gâché la nuit."

"From start to finish our stay at the property was easy. We had parking and a key fob to come and go as we needed. The duplex itself was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 kids age 17, 12 and 11 and we all fit perfect. We arrived on a friday and took a swim in the property pool which was super relaxing. "This is a large chateau. The owner has been restoring the property for over 10 years but it is still work in progress. He is an excellent cook and the in house dinners are a good choice. The breakfast was good. The bedroom was large, clean and very 19th century French. Lovely polished wood floors. Large grounds around the hotel. Free parking."
