This original Silver Lake Cottage is the perfect place to wind down after a day of exploring western NY! The cottage has much of its original charm with beautiful vintage windows, original hardwood flooring and craftsmanship. The large screened deck is a guest favorite - the perfect place to relax & catch the amazing view!
Lake front located on the W side of the lake- walking distance to the country club (food +golfing!) and minutes from Main Street Perry & Letchworth State Park.
As often as necessary or as desired by our guests. Our spaces are all self check in & check out.
There will be a landscaping crew on site for lawn maintenance once per week. They are in and out as swiftly as possible.
Quiet & calm neighborhood located near the country club, surrounded with scenic farmland. You will see the stars and hear the birds & crickets chirp!
Please remain on this property only. Do not go into the neighboring yards at all.
The sunrises over the calm morning lake are impeccable - set your alarm at least once!!
Rochester or Buffalo are each about a 40 minute drive. Niagara Falls, or the Finger Lakes area make for a wonderful day trip!
Entire home aside from locked cleaning closet and garage - please do not enter or attempt to enter these areas.
PARKING- park in driveway only please, do not drive or park in grass. Please no pulling up to the house to unload- all loading and unloading must be done from the driveway to avoid underground utilities.

The large back yard is perfect for grilling, yard games and spreading out as needed.
In the back yard, you are just a stones throw away from the golf course!
The front yard has the perfect lake view to catch the east side sunrise! Lake access, a dock and small fire pit are also available.

Boats can be put into the lake at the Silver Lake State Park. The Silver lake marina has paddle boards and boat rentals available. **Boats may NOT be docked at our dock. Boat docking must occur at the Marina or via a reserved slip at the Country Club. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park your boat trailer.

3- Bedroom facing the North complete with multiple beds- it has 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed
4- Bedroom facing the South complete with multiple beds- it has 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed.
All bedding is provided for our guests!
There is a full kitchen, ready for your use! We suggest bringing in drinking water, unless you are okay with filtered well water. We use/drink the on site water when staying on property.
The home has central air. We ask that you choose between central air and having all of the porch doors open into the foyer, dining room and living room downstairs. We typically opt to have the porch open for the breeze unless over 80 degrees but we understand all guests have different preference. The central air will not function properly if you leave it running with the doors open.
The fireplace is decorative only. Fireplace use is not permitted!
As an * original* 1900’s cottage- this is not the place for you if you do not appreciate vintage charm. She's an old house - oldie but a goodie!

Kids are welcome, however the house is not childproof.
We do have exterior security cameras for security and your safety that capture all arrivals and departures from the property. Camera faces Club Road.
Summer stays June- Labor Day require 5 night minimum stay- fall weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. If you have an alternate request, please enquire.
Grill provided with starter propane tank. Guests are responsible for tank refills when necessary- Available @ local gas station or Burts lumber.
Guests are also responsible for cleaning and maintaining grill prior to using, during and after each use.
As a part of check out procedures, guests are responsible for making sure all personal belongings are collected. Host is not responsible for forgotten/left behind items. We do not ship items.

• This home is a 2 story home (Built in 1910)
• 1 outside entrance: 36” door with ramp
• Lower level bathroom door is 30” door (poor clearance due to toilet location)
• Shower only in both bathrooms, There are no roll-in showers
• Bedroom doors (upstairs) are 30"

This is a lakefront property. Children and pets MUST be supervised at all times.
