"Tim and Sarah have the most beautiful property. It’s private , gorgeous and spacious for the entire family. This secluded retreat is only 15 mins from attitash and cranmore. This house is perfect for making memories with family! "

"3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house."

"The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed in Waterville Estates, but the first time in this house. There were six adults in our group (some stayed for different lengths of time) with two young children and a baby. The community and the house were great although I think the house was better suited for a family of two adults with children. The twin mattresses were comfortable for children but not great for adults. "

"We had a great weekend at this house. The house had everything we needed and fit our family of 11 perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making our stay stress-free. The space was perfect for spending time together, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend!"

"If your idea of a weekend in NH leaf peeping is a quaint rustic cottage, this is it, with all creature comforts provided. Close to North Conway/Jackson Village attractions but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. This is definitely on our list for next year."

"Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag. We would definitely stay here again. "
