"The staff here is excellent very helpful inviting and just kind. I dealt with four different staff members very good. The mattress in my room is a little bit too firm. That was really my only issue. But I wouldn’t let that affect my rating. The shower is great in the air conditioning and TV are good as well. Definitely stay again next time I have my layover in Siloam Springs. "
