"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"We arrived early and the property was being cleaned as the previous guests had only just left. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Marc, who allowed us to leave our suitcases and use a bedroom to change into beachwear. We left for the nearby beach and Marc said he would text me to let me know when the property was ready. "Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. The staff are excellent. Room was side sea view and was good size and well maintained. I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. It is within a few feet of a beach and good transport links to places of interest "
