"This property could be excellent. If they had out door furniture on the balcony. There was no where to hang wet clothes. And the biggest reason I would not stay here again is that the pool is the hottest pool I have ever come across, so may as well not even have one."

"We had a mixed experience in Mercure Nusa Dua. Most of the staff were amazing with some lapses of course, especially service during the breakfast can be improved. A special shout out to the Manager, Manies - she had been a gem and I am giving a star more in my rating only because of her. A big disappointment was the room size.
