"This is the best place I've stayed at in this Northern Italy trip hands down. This is a beautiful, classy property worthy any compliment thinkable for Como. It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel. "Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town. "

A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"
