"This property was amazing. The staff was so incredibly professional, nice, helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough of how nice they were. The views from this property were amazing rolling Hills of Tuscany and the weather was rainy so I just could imagine how beautiful it would’ve been with the sunshine. "The hotel is located outside Siena but is very convenient with a bus stop 100 meters from the property that drops off in central Siena. The facility has a fantastic restaurant with full bar and an excellent breakfast service that was the best of our trip. We had car problems during our stay and the hotel was extremely helpful giving advice and providing flexibility with us staying an extra night."

"Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay! "

"Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean. A tea towel and dishwashing sponge / washing up liquid would have been useful, but the chalet was otherwise well equipped for basic cooking. Nice pizzeria and mini market on site with fresh bread and croissants daily as well as most other essential items. Good sized swimming pool - swimming hats compulsory but sold cheaply at the pool bar. Buses into Sienna stop near the site entrance - night buses back are a bit confusing though! Staff at reception...
