"The reception was horrible, nobody gave me the right information , even when I’m trying to park my car near the hotel they refused me to park the car and the luggage service was horrible , I asked for not a far room due to my mothers age , no silverware , not food in hotel room , when i asked for water they gave me a glass not a bottle , and in the end of journey they claimed that it was against there policy to give water , the a/c didn’t work , everything was horrible , worst hotel I ever...

"The apartment is spacious but that's it and not worth the price. Problem at check in. Broken shower door and hand shower head. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided no other amenities. Minimum safety measures. "
