"90% of the loungers were taken and nobody was in them. People get up at 7am to 'reserve' sun loungers by just putting towels on them, then they just come and go as they please. I seen one couple reserve a premium lounge bed at 7am then not return until noon. I seen another women reserve a premium lounger, she came back after two hours to put some suncream on then left again. Another two hours later she was sunbathing on the beach while she had a premium lounger 'reserved' because she had a cardigan on the bed. I wish the hotel would monitor this and just move the towels and put personal items in lost property. Me and my partner just starting moving towels and sitting wherever, we got away with it a couple times and had one altercation with another couple who reserved it 4 hours earlier then spent the morning at the markets expecting there lounger to be waiting for them. Otherwise nice stay"

"This is a lovely property! Set in a fairly quiet area but not far to beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area and plenty of sunbeds available. Great staff and lovely spacious rooms, comfy beds and good bathrooms. Exceptionally clean place, cleaners are amazing. Breakfast was really good too with plenty of choice. Only negative was no WiFi in the bedrooms (just balcony and public areas) but a good chance to digitally detox!!"

"Great apartment, clean and modern, cannot fault. In a good area with lots of restaurants around. 20 minutes walk to beach, lots of cheap taxis. Would definitely return to the Zephyr. "

"This is a brilliant hotel. First class staff, service, incredibly clean. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to help. All were brilliant but a special mention for Said in the restaurant who went more than an extra mile to make sure I was ol. He’s a credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone for doing the detail that made the break really good. "

"An absolute heaven and paradise ... Pure escapism .. surrounded by beauty, serenity and a tropical oasis .. the design is just out of this world. Pictures do not do it justice ... So much more stunning in person. But credit where it is due, the level of customer service is 5000 out of 10 :) Yacine and Hassan were so lovely and welcoming from the second me and my 10 year old son arrived. The energy of the people who work here, like everyone has said, you can tell they truly care about your experience. The staff always have a smile on their face, it really made the stay top notch. We only stayed for 2 days but will stay for longer next time. During the evening the hotel completely transforms and you can forget all your worries and the hustle of life back in London. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend the tapas restaurant which was outstanding. The gentleman serving us was so lovely and helpful ; wish I could remember his name. Thankyou so much for the best time. P.S they have a gorgeous black cat Sophie that is well looked after. My son was very excited to see her. For any animal lovers please do bring treats for her as I will do next time :)"
