Hotel is in an excellent location for both Carrow Road and evenings out in Norwich city centre. "Have to say staff are so friendly and helpful, No doubt about this great location, It does require an update rooms spacious. Shame no breakfast or bar anymore like used to be but i class this as reasonably priced and you get adequate for the money you pay. Will definitely stay again."

"We had a great stay however the bath was very slow to drain and was very slippery when showering. We put the mat in and kept on it to avoid slipping."

"Excellent location conveniently close to Norwich train station, Carrow Road and the city centre. All within easy walking distance. Check in was great, where I met the very pleasant owner. Room was warm, quiet and clean. Had everything I needed. I think Marlborough Hotel will be number one choice when I'm back in Norwich. "

"Convenient location walking distance to amenities. Food good however long wait for breakfast service and didnt seem equipped to manage the tables they have due to only 2 staff working and multi tasking at reception. Coffee undrinkable though! Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly. Not enough sockets in the room with 2 broken meaning things had...
