"The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift. "

"We wanted somewhere to stay that was not far from the airport as we had an early flight next morning. And was only 30min tube ride to the West End. Hotel was just opposite Northfields tube station so ideal and convenient for what we wanted to do. Only down side was the station has no escalators/lift, but only has one set of stairs to platform. All staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant looked nice but we did not sample the menu as we had a booking in the West End."

"Staff were excellent and accommodating of our needs as we were staying with a toddler. The hotel is 2 mins walk from Swiss Cottage station so very convenient for travel into Central."
