Air con worked efficiently, great to have a washing machine, bed comfortable and again another balcony view. "San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. Communication was good, however punctuality was missing on checking as I waited for 40mins for someone to show up with keys. "

"We felt lucky to choose this location because it made it easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Not far from Quatro Canti, center of town. There is an elevator and a door man. Stefano, the owner, and Rodi, the apt manager, couldnt have been nicer. And there is a nice pastry shop 2 blocks down Via Roma that opens at 6 am! "

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
