"Nice lake front property and affordable for 1-5 persons. Space would be really tight but manageable with 7 - 9 persons (ie: Space for suitcases and such). Property has a buoy to keep your boat in the water but no place to park your boat trailer so be prepared to find somewhere to keep it or pay for storage.
