"Friendly staff and convenient location for the NEC. A little dated decore but it was pleasant enough. Clean. Again spa a little dated but all in working clean order. Great for the price. "

"Hotel at Birmingham Airport was very convenient, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed, whats not to like. Only suprise was internet access around the airport was very poor. Not the hotels fault i appreciate "

"An excellent hotel. Great staff, very clean, modern and comfortable. Great location for entertainment, we went to a concert on the evening, plenty of locations to eat and easy access via road and rail network. Thoroughly recommend it."
