"Super super convenient, if it's snowing/raining heavily, you can walk in the underground until right opposite the hotel (get out exit 13 Tokyu department store). Close to dining options and shopping and very walkable to Susukino without being in the middle of it, much quieter option. Room was pleasant, clean, well put together. "
