"We just returned from our stay at this condo. Melissa and Tim have done a great job of furnishing this quaint,cozy condo. It was immaculate. The fire pit is a nice touch. Not far from some very good restaurants and lakes in the area. This will be a place we hope to return to in the future. We would easily recommend this to anyone wishing to be in the Show Low/Pinetop areas."

"Very clean condo recently remodeled in good taste. The owner responded fast to questions I had. The condo was located conveniently to restaurants and attractions and surrounded by tall pines. Very good value for the money! Thank you, CW, Gold Canyon, AZ"

"Our trip was centered around golf and the proximity to the Pinetop CC was excellent, walking distance! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults, decorated nicely and updates were noticeable."

"We stayed a weekend at this studio unit. It was very clean, had everything we needed. It’s obviously a bit older but the interior and updates that have been done made it feel nice and cozy. It didn’t smell weird or have any dingy fixtures. The first night, the water heater was off - and housed in adjoining unit. The manager was very prompt and took care of it right away. We didn’t have to wait around for it to be turned back on, and we really appreciated that. You can hear the neighboring guests...

"It’s a very nice neighborhood. They had a very nice art show within walking distance. It’s pets friendly yay!! My husband, my daughter and I had a very good experience. The beds are super comfortable, no back pain! We’ll go back no doubt."

"We were surprised on what we got last minute . Very comfortable and we loved the decor . We had a bit trouble getting into the place . But Our host was quick to respond with no waiting . We will look forward and stay longer another available time ."

"Cute, new, affordable, owner good communication. Some things I addressed with owner: cabinets needed cleaning, sheets, linens, blanket and shower curtain appear cleaned but w stains. Some things others may want to know :Neighbor has a chicken that woke us up. Neighbor above you can hear. Propane needed refilled and beds were extremely squeaky. It’s in a cute town but close to a busy street."
