"What a beautiful hotel! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with hot beverage choices and the staff was so kind. There is no elevator but the staff offered to carry our bags to the room. The room was HUGE which was a very nice surprise. Beautiful tatami, even more beautiful view. Then, the outdoor onsen was a delight. It felt like we had the whole space to ourselves. We were extremely lucky and would happily book again!"
