"My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. "The place is so much cuter than it looked online. Getting in was easy, communication was great, parking was great, the floors were a little dirty, but otherwise it was a really nice stay! I would most certainly stay here again, he was an excellent host! "

"So we didn’t stay here because the day of check the host messaged that the AC had gone out. She couldn’t fix it before after our stay and immediately refunded us. I was disappointed that we had to find another place to stay but this host deserves five stars for being considerate and communicative. Many others would have just said come on, I’ve got a fan. Top notch, will book again on our next visit to Richmond. "
