"We throughly enjoyed our stay here , such a lovely house , pool table is a huge bonus , kitchen well equipped with everything you need with added extras provided like tea coffee and sugar , beautiful location and property owners absolutely fab and on call if you need anything ! "Lower Elmore's is a lovely house with everything you could need and bags of space. We rented the property as a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) and hugely enjoyed it. It's remote location does mean you have to navigate single track narrow roads to go anywhere - this wasn't a problem for us but may not be to everyone's comfort."

"We are a group of friends who meet annually, we had a good time and the house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable , spacious and fairly well equipped. The outside spaces were especially welcome as we had great weather and the views from the house are superb. Thank you"

"Lovely warm terraced cottage in a small cul de sac that is out of the way but within 4 minutes walk of village centre. A well equipped kitchen with a utility room that we found ideal for drying wet outdoor clothing. The cottage was spacious with good storage. Smart TV was a bonus along with the biscuits and bara brith left for us. The "

"We stayed for a week and were extremely satisfied with the cottage. Communication with the owner was great. It was more than we expected. The views are superb. Overall this is a brilliant cottage and would definitely stay again."

"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"Lovely clean, warm room, hotel has a a great restaurant and some lovely fireside seating in lounge - we would definitely recommend the Sunday lunch at the restaurant! We experienced a little bit of noise on Saturday night due to the hotel’s proximity to the road and nearby pubs but it was lovely and quiet on the next night. Plenty of car park spaces to rear once you drive under the arch to the left of the property."
