"Great clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a lovely view from the restaurant. Easy to check in and out. The room was well suited to work in on a laptop in. However, it was very hot in the room and we couldn't find a way to turn down the heat. It was too noisy from the street outside to sleep with the windows open even though we were on the 9th floor."

"The heating didn’t work which seems rather strange. The solution was fine, though: all I had to do was tell the reception and they supplied a portable electric heater which was very adequate."

My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was...

"We like staying in this hotel however on this stay the toilet bowl seemed dirty with lime deposits. Also, no hooks to hang towels. No small hand towels. A couple were fighting at midnight. Police came."
