Very happy with location, room and service.
Spacious and modern room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. No wardrobe, just 4 hangers on a small rail. The window opens, so we can get some fresh air. No fridge. The location is excellent. We walked to most places we visited except to the new Aarhus Ø district and to the Infinite Bridge. Breakfast was good, but the only fresh fruit was watermelon. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Overall, we wete happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

The issue was the ac air mover wasn’t working and it was very hot in the room and they couldn’t fix it for the 4 days. We had to go get a fan just to sleep at night …

This hotel is in an excellent location and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffets were excellent. The fitness centre is small but well-equipped. The onsite parking was convenient. The rooms, however, failed to meet our expectations. The safe didn’t work, the hairdryer was too weak to dry hair, the conditioner container in the shower was empty, there was no mini-fridge and there was a permanent dark ring in the bathroom sink. The shelving units were ridiculous. Pointy-edged grey boxes that stuck out in all the wrong places. All three of us managed to bang our heads on the shelving units during our three-night stay. The room was also dark. We like Scandinavian hotels but this one needs a renovation - or at the very least, basic maintenance.

Early check in??? Ingen rengøring
Ankommer 14:30 og får at vide at check in først kan ske kl 16:00 men at jeg for et gebyr på 200 kr kan få et værelse med det samme. “Early check in”??? For det første er 16:00 check in lidt sent så klemmer man 200 på. Dum måde sæt prisen op i stedet fo, og kør Alm service. Har tre overnatninger uden rengøring. Personalet er generelt ikke service minded.

Hotellet er rigtig fint med hyggelig restaurant og bar Men vores værelse var koldt med træk fra vinduet og skraldespanden var ikke tømt, da vi kom. Vandtrykket i bruser var så lavt, at shampoo kun med besvær kan skylles ud af håret
