"We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Jinan and were impressed by the property location and conditions. The room was very lovely and clean. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance from Black Tiger Springs. Our room had beautiful views of Jinan’s main city square park Quancheng Plaza. Mr. Xu at the front desk was super attentive and nice, and went out of his way to make sure we get all the help we needed. Yifan Wang and Ricky Wang at the concierge were also very helpful and pleasant. We would happily stay here again next time in Jinan."

"The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food was very good and the location was great. On my first morning at breakfast, the dining room manager said I looked a little tired and I told him that my room was very warm and I did not sleep well. He brought me a coffee and reported my information to the front desk. The thermostat could not be changed in the room and temperature could not be adjusted so the room was quite warm. When I checked at the front, they had informed me that the manager of the dining room had reported the concern and they could move my room which I decided not to do, so they then brought a fan and opened one of the windows to help. The staff was very kind working hard to make my stay comfortable, the location was great, gym was good, food was great and staff was very attentive. The general manager Neil Li was very attentive and checked in on my stay as well which I appreciated too."
