"Everything and everyone were very professional in helping me navigate throughout Tokyo with daily train schedules to and from historical sites to making sure we had the right directions to getting back to the hotel. In essence, the staff was eager to assist in any capacity they could. The rooms were clean and presentable and very well kept. I would advise anyone staying in Tokyo to stay at the Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda as I will definitely stay there if I decide to visit Tokyo again. First class operation!"

"I booked this hotel because it advertised shuttle to the hotel. The catch is the shuttle only operates till 9:20 pm from HND to hotel and the last ride back to HND was at 11:40 am. The shuttle times should’ve printed as part of the hotel description. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to and from the hotel. Very misleading. The staff was very nice and the rooms are basic- no frills which is fine for a one night stay. Across from a Lawson which helped with late night dinner and close to a park (a plus because we had our 4 y/o son with us) and walking distance to Omori station was convenient for travel. I did not give it a 10 rating because you were not allowed to bring outside food into the lobby and eat it there when clearly there was 2 sets of tables and chairs. I had to have my son go outside to eat his ice cream bar because they would not allow him to eat it inside their lobby. Maybe it’s a culture thing that you can’t eat openly in the lobby, but I just found it rude that they would not accommodate a child."

"Overall for my taste this is a great hotel even if the hotel is quite isolated. Nothing around only a walkable seven eleven. If ypu plan to stay for one night then yes i would strongly recommend. Overal both reataurants serve more european and american food then japonese food. Great comfort room with great amenities. More nights please plan your day accordingly due to the location. They do have schedules to Kawasaki and Haneda. Great location for taking a flight the next day , airport shuttle avalible all day long starting "

"Perfect place to stay within the airport terminal so no need for a transfer. The airport itself has to be one of the best in the world to spend a night before a flight, excellent shopping and loads of places to eat. The hotel it’s self is exceptional for an airport hotel "

"Clean, great attitude, free shuttle to Haneda. Our Room came with sandles, pajama, shampoo, body towel, conditioner, body wash and shoe polish mitts. Other amenities available at the lobby: tooth brush paste, hair brush, shaver cream, cotton set, etc"

"My stay with this property was amazing. Accommodate my last minute request. Staff was super friendly. During my stay I stay here multiple times everything is great. Surroundings are excellent station close to the hotel multiple options for shopping and dine in. Just incase wanna try hands on pachinko it's next to hotel "
