"Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. Also I wish there’s a dish rack, because some of the plates are still wet in the storage area, one small towel a day...

"We had a very great time here. Actually, we had a big mishap concerning our luggage and luggage forwarding, however, the staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost luggage. Really appreciate the washer/dryer after spending 10 days in Tokyo. Also thankful for the free coffee at reception. Staff were helpful. "Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"
