"This is my first time visiting Tokyo and Juyoh was my first hotel/hostel stay. What a great first impression of Japanese hospitality. Juyoh is located in Taito City, which is a charming and quieter area north of Ginza. The room is modestly sized with a tatami style sleeping mat and cushion, which is quite comfortable for people who are minimalists, a sleeping style called "shikibuton." There is no TV. "I loved A16. It is an ideal spot to start a trip to Tokyo. It was very easy to get to, coming from Narita Airport and there are LOTS of good, cheap dining options within a very short walk. While not necessarily the closest place to tourist spots, it is very close to Asakusa-bashi train station, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. "cool hostel, the workers are really great, helpful and nice. The shower room smells a bit moldy, so just keep that in mind. They do have a nice kitchen area with a tv, if u just need a place to crash its okay. my pillowcase was not clean thank god i had brought my own. Had to pay 200 yen for a towel. All in all okay hostel"

"We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"
