"A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. "

"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"The cottage is solid build and well insulated making it feel warm and welcoming! The rooms are well furnished and spacious! The living room has a nice sofa area with open planned kitchen. The kitchen equipment serves well for 4-5 people and there is a dishwasher and washing machine making it attractive for families with little ones! Itā€™s also great for bringing your dog along! Safe garden area that is well fenced in! Great location and nearest sandy beach only 15min drive! "
